My Journey Into Coaching

With decades of experience in spiritual development and life coaching, I've dedicated my career to helping individuals navigate life's most challenging moments. My journey began with a deep curiosity about human behavior and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.

I am certified by the American Association of Christian Counselors as a Master Professional Mental Health Coach and certified Professional Life Coach with additional training in Trauma-Informed Care, Grief and Biblical Counseling, as well as Spiritual and Behavioral First Aid. I am a Grief Recovery Method Specialist certified by the Grief Recovery Institute. I was a Mental Health First Aid Instructor for the past five years, certified by Mental Health America.

I believe that everyone deserves access to compassionate, evidence-based spiritually-grounded care, and I'm honored to be part of my clients' healing journeys.
